In this class on Sichos HaRan 75, the fourth and final in a mini-series on this teaching about tefillah, we discuss the importance of davening with a spirit of optimism and joy. We then talk about various strategies to get us into the right zone for optimistic prayer such as a niggun and finding our good points, stress the importance of authenticity to the tefillah experience, and learn the Zohar's incredible understanding of hand-motions we make during tefillah.
